<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a repeater located between a meter installed to each energy consumer and a central management server to analyze and manage an energy utility rate of an individual user (the energy consumer). <P>SOLUTION: A repeater receives energy consumption information of an individual user from a meter, and receives energy rate system information from a central management server. Then, the repeater analyzes and manages an energy utility rate of the individual user by using the received information to provide the energy utility rate to the meter and the central management server. The repeater can analyze various information such as energy utility tendency information of the individual user or the like together. The repeater transmits fundamental information readily, and transmits incidental information only when a request from the meter or the central management server is issued. Thereby, the communication traffic between the central management server and many meters can be drastically reduced, and more quick response to an information request from the meter is possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
