RESIN COMPOSITION FOR CASTING THERMISTOR SENSOR AND THERMISTOR SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a thermistor sensor having high performance and high reliability with excellent workability.

SOLUTION: A resin composition for casting a thermistor sensor contains: (A) 100 pts.mass of a bisphenol A epoxy resin; (B) 2-20 pts.mass of a flexible epoxy resin; (C) 2-20 pts.mass of a reactive diluent; (D) 80-200 pts.mass of an amine hardener; and (E) 300-500 pts.mass of alumina powder. A thermistor includes: a thermistor element 11; insulation wire 13 connected to the thermistor element; and a resin part 15 formed by casting on the thermistor element and the outer periphery of an end of the insulation wire, while the resin part comprises the resin composition for casting a thermistor sensor.
