<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize notification information externally and confirm intention of a user even when an intention indicator label is attached to a card on which the notification information is written without complicated positioning and erroneous order of attachment of the label. <P>SOLUTION: An intention indicator label includes a base sheet 10 having a surface on which notification content 11a that is written in a card to be attached is written and the other surface on which a transparent film 40 is laminated, and an intention indicator sheet 20 having a surface on which an intention indicator entry field 21 is formed and the other surface onto which release paper 32 is attached via a binder 52 to be attached to the card. The base sheet 10 and the intention indicator sheet 20 are attached to each other by a part of the surface on which the film 40 is laminated and a part of the surface on which the intention indicator entry field 21 is formed, and the base sheet 10 and the film 40 are delaminated to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
