PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally administrable preparation of sarpogrelate hydrochloride facilitating medicine-taking by miniaturization.

SOLUTION: The miniaturized orally administrable preparation of sarpogrelate hydrochloride has a high content of sarpogrelate hydrochloride per preparation of 40 wt.% or more, exhibits good manufacturability by suppressing a tableting trouble or the like, has a rapid elution rate of sarpogrelate hydrochloride from the preparation in a digestive tract, and exhibits good preservation stability.
