<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a cured film having excellent flexibility, scuff resistance, ink staining resistance, weatherability, etc., while suppressing occurrence of odor and a photocurable coating composition used for the method. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurable compound composition comprises a photopolymerizable rigid polyurethane, a photopolymerizable flexible polyurethane, a photopolymerizable silicone, a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerization initiator and is photopolymerized in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of ≤1,000 ppm. The method for forming a cured film includes coating a substrate with the photocurable coating composition and photopolymerizing the composition in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of ≤1,000 ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
