<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise at curved tracks, to emphasize calm lives of people living along railway lines, and to suppress noise in a subway to the utmost to reduce stress caused by the noise. <P>SOLUTION: A truck is divided in two to connect a pivot 103 to the center thereof. Hydraulic cylinders 101 are installed at the right and left of the pivot 103 in parallel with a truck flame 102, and hydraulic cylinders 101 in the right and left are connected through a flexible hose, so that hydraulic pressure can be constant to have a steering angle. This extremely contributes to a commuter train, that is, a transportation means which human beings mainly use.
