The present invention relates to a device for measuring blood alcohol concentration which solves the problem of the difficulty in collecting a blood sample from an unconscious, bleeding subject, which is capable of easily measuring the blood alcohol concentration through the blood of the unconscious subject immediately at the accident site, and which can also measure the blood alcohol concentration of the breath of a subject. The device for measuring blood alcohol concentration according to the present invention comprises: a first body (80) including a mounting portion (82) formed on the side of the measuring device (60) so as to mount a collecting vessel (1) on the mounting portion to collect blood, and provided with a heater (83) on the mounting portion (82) for heating blood collected in the collecting vessel (1); a second body (90) formed integrally with or separately from the first body (80) and including a testing pin (93) formed so as to protrude from the side of the second body and passing through the surface of the collecting vessel (1) to draw in alcohol gas that evaporates from the heated blood; and a measuring module (91) for measuring the alcohol concentration via the alcohol gas obtained from the blood and drawn in through the testing pin (93). |
