PURPOSE: A portable telecommunication apparatus is provided to wirelessly open or close a vehicle door through a user authentication process. CONSTITUTION: A memory(120) includes a personal certificate. A keypad(130) receives the input of user information. By a wireless signal, a signal transceiver(150) transmits the signal to a door opening and closing target vehicle(200). If a user inputs information through a keypad, a control unit(110) compares the inputted information with the personal authentication information in a memory. If the user is authenticated, a control unit opens or closes the vehicle door. |
