PURPOSE: A power receiving device and a wireless feeding system are provided to implement an electric filed coupling type wireless feeding system by using a small power receiving device and a small power transmitting device. CONSTITUTION: A power receiving device(10) includes a power receiving electrode(102), a power converting unit(104), a charging circuit(106), a load(110), a battery(112), and a wire(114). A power transmitting device(20) includes a power transmitting electrode(202), an oscillator(204), and a wiring(206). A domain(150) corresponds to a concentration area of an electric field generated between the power receiving electrode and the power transmitting electrode. The power receiving electrode is comprised of an oxide semiconductor layer. The battery is charged with a voltage generated based on the electric field between the power receiving electrode and the power transmitting electrode.
