<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cap made of synthetic resin in which the sealing performance of a sealing part is prevented from being deteriorated due to a shock from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A spouting tube 2 has a first tube 2c having a rim 2b of a spout 2a formed at an upper end, and a second tube 2e provided to extend from the first tube 2c downward at the inner periphery side of the first tube 2c and provided to be located at the inner periphery side of the first tube 2c through a space 2d.
