<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating display device which can prevent the generation of displacement in a symbol to be displayed, and is easy in control. <P>SOLUTION: The rotating display device includes a rotating body 21 having display faces A to D, and a stepping motor 30 for rotationally driving the rotating body 21. An circular block plate 27 is arranged at the side face of the rotating body 21 in the rotating display device 20 which rotates the rotating body 21 by the operation of the stepping motor 30, stops the rotating body 21, and displays the prescribed display faces A to D. Then, sensors 35, 36 which are arranged so as to oppose the side face of the rotating body 21, and which detect the block plate 27 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotating body 21 while keeping intervals. Furthermore, there is arranged a control device 40 which displays the display faces A to D which combinedly correspond to detection states by stopping the operation of the stepping motor 30 according to the combination of the detection states of the sensors 35, 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
