<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation method of mix rate of a binder for promptly estimating the mix rate of the binder. <P>SOLUTION: In a mix rate estimation process, a measurement sample is collected from field generated soil or site soil (step S1), and pH of the measurement sample is measured (step S2). It is determined whether or not a pH value of the measurement sample is less than a pH reference value (step S3). When the pH value is less than the pH reference value, the mix rate of the binder is estimated from a preliminarily created pH analytical curve (step S4).
