<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical system lens unit which keeps fixing of a lens stable by suppressing the distortion and assembly error of the lens caused by the thermal expansion of the lens during a reflow soldering process. <P>SOLUTION: An optical system lens unit 1 is made by the following procedure: a plastic lens 7 is incorporated in a lens barrel 2; the plastic lens 7 is covered from the rear face of the lens barrel 2 by a lens presser 10; boss parts 6 are passed into arm pieces 13 of the lens presser 10; the boss parts 6 are welded under pressure; and the lens barrel 2 is held by pressing the plastic lens 7 in an optical axis direction with the lens presser 10. When the plastic lens 7 is displaced by the thermal expansion of the plastic lens 7 during a reflow soldering process, the displacement is absorbed by the elasticity of the lens presser 10 itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
