<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for checking an aroma ingredient emitted to the outside of a body after administration of a capsule containing natural essential oil for oral ingestion for improving body odor. <P>SOLUTION: It is checked that the taken aroma ingredient is emitted from the skin surface of the body by GC/MS analysis after the oral ingestion of the capsule obtained by injecting various kinds of natural essential oil containing the aroma ingredient in the capsule though perfume is sprayed to the surface of the body in the conventional case. After taking an interval of fixed time, for example, 30 to 60 minutes after oral ingestion of the capsule in which essential oil itself and the aroma ingredient are blended with water, sweat on the skin surface of the body is collected. The collected sweat is collected as it is, or by a method such as diluting it with water or washing it with water, extracted by an organic solvent, and measured by GS/MS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
