<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided tape used for a manufacturing process of a panel, the tape being capable of laminating excellently a placing plate and an optical substrate together by proper adhesiveness, and separating simply from the optical substrate after finish of a post-process of the manufacturing process of the panel. <P>SOLUTION: The double-sided tape includes a base material, a viscosity-reduced layer and a silicone adhesive layer. The viscosity-reduced layer is provided on a surface on one side of the base material, and the silicone adhesive layer is provided on a surface on the other side of the base material. The viscosity-reduced layer includes a prepolymer, a dilution monomer and a photoinitiator, and has thermosetting property and active energy ray curability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
