<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe coupling and a connecting method thereof, capable of preventing water leakage, by surely adhering and fixing a pipe material and the pipe coupling by providing an adhesive of a sufficient application quantity to an adhesive surface, by easily connecting the pipe coupling and the pipe material with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A spacer 7 is separately arranged at a predetermined interval from an opening part 3 in a pipe coupling body 2 of the pipe coupling 1, and when inserting the pipe coupling 1 into the pipe material 6, a clearance K of a thickness quantity of the spacer 7 is formed between the pipe coupling 1 and the pipe material 6 and between the spacer 7 and itself from the opening part 3 of the pipe coupling 1, by fitting in while allowing a surface of the spacer 7 arranged in this pipe coupling body 2 to abut on an inner peripheral surface 8 of applying the adhesive 10 of the pipe material 6, and the pipe material 6 and the pipe coupling 1 are connected by being surely adhered and fixed by filling the adhesive 10 applied to the inner peripheral surface 8 of the pipe material 6 in this clearance K. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
