The present invention relates to a water saving device. According to the present invention, the water saving device for preventing the wasting of water comprises a channel structure, a valve structure, and a case. The channel structure comprises: an inlet for the coupling of a connection pipe supplying water, formed in the center of an upper end surface; a plurality of discharge holes formed at the edge of the upper end surface; a first connection channel hole which communicates with the inlet, extended in the horizontally direction to the edge and is formed at an inner upper portion; a plurality of inflow channel holes which have an opened upper surface to communicate with the first connection channel hole, are extended in the vertical direction, have a closed lower surface, and are formed at an inner edge; discharge channel holes which have a closed upper surface, extended in the vertical direction to communicate with the discharge holes through a lower surface, and are formed at an inner edge; a second connection channel hole which extends in the horizontal direction below the first connection channel hole to allow the discharge channel holes to communicate with each other; a valve housing portion which is surrounded by the inflow channel holes and the discharge channel holes, and has a valve housing space with an opened lower surface formed at the area below the second connection channel hole; a valve hole for allowing the second connection channel hole to communicate with the valve housing space, formed in the center of the upper surface of the valve housing portion; and a housing portion inlet for allowing the inflow channel holes to communicate with the valve housing space, formed at the lateral side of the valve housing portion. The valve structure comprises: a guide portion which is inserted into the lower end of the valve housing space to close the opened lower surface of the valve housing space, and has a vertically long through-hole in the center; a lifting rod which penetrates into the guide portion in a vertically movable manner; a float which is coupled to the lower end of the lifting rod and floats on water; a connecting rod which is coupled to the upper end of the lifting rod to be placed inside the valve housing space, and is connected to the guide portion; and a stopper portion for opening or closing the valve hole by the lifting or lowering of the float. The case has an opened upper surface to communicate with the discharge holes, is coupled to the lower end of the channel structure, has a space inside in which the float is placed, and has a drain hole at the lower end. |
