A sizing composition for insulating products based on mineral wool, in particular on glass or on rock, includes: at least one saccharide, at least one organic polycarboxylic acid having a molar mass of less than or equal to 1000, and at least one reactive silicone. Furthermore, insulating products based on mineral fibres thus obtained and the process for the manufacture thereof are presented.
