The present invention relates to a phishing prevention device for preventing deposited paper money from being withdrawn from a paper money recognition device used for an unmanned automatic vending system. The invention is used in devices for inserting paper money into unmanned automatic vending systems (various vending machines, unattended payment machines, ticket vending machines, game machines, automatic customer service processors and the like), to prevent phishing (illegal acts) wherein phishing-use tape, thread, wire or the like, are attached to a bank note; the bank note is inserted into a vending machine; valuables (goods etc.) are taken; change is received; and then, the inserted bank note is withdrawn with a pull or by using an auxiliary device which has also been inserted and pulling on the auxiliary device. Unattended automatic vending systems can thus be safely operated and phishing losses can be prevented for users who operate unmanned automatic vending systems.
