PURPOSE: A hygiene toilet cover for cleaning and drying a toilet seat is provided to enable users to use the dry and clean toilet seat using water and air. CONSTITUTION: A hygiene toilet cover for cleaning and drying a toilet seat includes the following: the toilet seat; a toilet cover unit washing and drying the toilet seat; a washing switch(1.1) for washing the toilet seat using an opening/closing switch(1.5); water and air injectors(1.2,1.3) installed on the toilet cover unit; a control circuit(1.4) inserted into the injectors; and plural holes(1.6) for spraying the water containing soap, and the air to the toilet cover unit. |
