The present invention is related to a process for the manufacture of a permeable floor and the product thus obtained. The floor is made of waterproof materials based on rubber and pure neoprene, recycled or combined, complemented with an antifungal or antibacterial formula which density is adjusted according the animal specie, weight and the characteristics of the animal limbs.
