PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid epoxy resin composition providing good operability and repairability, and having excellent moisture-absorbing characteristics and insulation characteristics. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition liquid at normal temperature and to be cured after being coated is obtained by compounding 5-25 wt.% of methacrylic ester particles with 1-50 μm average particle diameter, and 5-25 wt.% of silicone rubber particles with 1-25 μm average particle diameter based on the whole amount including an epoxy resin or the like with the epoxy resin, and a curing agent or the curing agent and a curing accelerator so that the total amount of both the particles may be within the range of 10-30 wt.%.
