摘要 <p>A control device (60) turns on a system relay (SR2) and relays (RY1, RY2). A first boost converter (10) rectifies an AC voltage supplied through a connector (50) and a first power supply line (PL1, PL4). Further, the boost converter (10) responds to a signal (PWC11) from the control device (60) to boost the rectified voltage, and outputs the boosted voltage to a second power supply line (PL2). A second boost converter (20) receives a voltage (VH) from the second power supply line (PL2) to convert the voltage (VH) in accordance with a signal (PWC2) from the control device (60) for output to a third power supply line (PL3). Since the system relay (SR2) and one relay (RY2) are both turned on, first and second batteries (B1, B2) are connected in parallel to the third power supply line (PL3) and a ground line (SL). The first and second batteries (B1, B2) are thereby charged.</p>
