PURPOSE: A pharmacy managing system and a pharmacy receipt printing method thereof are provided to display medication instructions and advertisements on medicine on a pharmacy receipt, thereby enabling a patient to keep the receipt and the medication instructions together. CONSTITUTION: A prescription input unit(111) inputs a prescription. An index searching unit(112) searches a medication instruction index related to medicine of the prescription. A prescription full text generating unit(113) generates a prescription full text including the prescription and the medication instruction index. A data transmitting unit(114) transmits the prescription full text to a pharmacy gateway device.
