PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and appropriately adjust the internal pressure of a cavity space to correspond to the differences in capacity and shape of the cavity space different in each molding in the molding of polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: In a production method, a urethane raw material is injected into the cavity space C of a mold 1 and expanded to mold a mold urethane pad of a desired shape. The method includes a pressurization process in which the cavity space C, while being maintained to be sealed, is pressurized with the progress of the expansion of the urethane raw materials and a pressure adjustment process in which when the pressure of the pressurized cavity space C exceeds a prescribed set pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, the cavity space C is released to the outside to reduce the pressure, keeping the pressure of the cavity space C at the set pressure.
