The present invention provides a compound (2S,3R) N-(2-((3-pyridinyl)methyl-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)benzofuran-2-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and which is substantially free of (2S,3S) N-(2-((3-pyridinyl)methyl-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)benzofuran-2-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, (2R,3S) N-(2-((3-pyridinyl)methyl-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)benzofuran-2-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or (2R,3R) N-(2-((3-pyridinyl)methyl-1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-3-yl)benzofuran-2-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
