The piston head for mounting on a piston head carrier (3) in the area of pressure casting, comprises a coaxial mounting part (4), a mounting ring connected with piston head body by laser cladding in material-fit manner, and a device (5) for adjustably changing a common effective axial length of piston head, and a coaxial mounting part. The piston head and the mounting part are introduced by clamping power of the changing device in a stop (6) of a piston head carrier. The changing device comprises threads complementary to each other on piston head and the mounting part. The piston head is formed in multi-part manner and consists of copper-alloy. The external cover area of the mounting ring is arranged by galvanic material application in wear-resistant manner. |
