PURPOSE: Dried citron tea, and a producing method thereof are provided to remove the carrying inconvenience and the short expiration date of conventional liquid citron tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dried citron tea comprises the following steps: cutting fresh citron into 10-20mm thick, 30-50mm long, and 3-10mm wide; mixing 100 parts of cut citron by weight, 35-45 parts of sugar by weight, 15-20 parts of honey by weight, and 15-30wt% of peel powder by weight of satsuma mandarin; drying the mixture at 50-60 deg C until the total amount of the mixture reduces into 15-20wt%; and cutting and molding the dried mixture. |
