<p>The stopper (1) has a sealing unit (3) with an axis (23) that is merged with an axis (5) of a neck (4) of a container. The sealing unit is mounted on a cover (2) in a pivoting manner around a pivoting axis (22), orthogonal to the axis of the sealing unit and between a separated position and a folded position. The sealing unit comprises a radial spigot that is engaged in a notch arranged on the cover for forming the pivoting axis of the sealing unit with respect to the cover.
