A method for producing oil from an underground formation (406) comprising injecting an enhanced oil recovery formulation into a first well (432) in the formation, the enhanced oil recovery formulation comprising a foam; floating the foam on top of the oil, in order to force the oil towards a second well (412) in the formation; and producing the oil and/or gas from the second well.
