PURPOSE: A method for preparing fibrin sealant component 1 is provided to quickly and cheaply obtain the component without freeze-drying process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a solution containing 70mg/ml or more of fibrinogen comprises: a step of adding 5mM or more of glycine, isoleucine, L-glutamate, L-chloride arginine or amino acid derivative to the solution; a step of performing ultra filtration at 15°C-30°C; and a step of concentrating. A method for producing fibrin sealant component 1 comprises: a step of adding glycine, isoleucine, L-sodium glytamate, L-chloride arginine, or amino acid derivatives; a step of performing ultrafiltration to obtain the solution containing fibrinogen; a step of aprotinine, surfactant, or arbumin materials; and a step of adding factor XIII before or after ultrafiltration. |
