PURPOSE: A purple corn infused tea composition, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the novel anti-oxidant function of purple corn. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a purple corn infused tea composition comprises the following steps: assorting purple corn cob, grains of purple corn, and grains of conventional corn(S10); drying the prepared purple corn cob and the purple corn grains(S20); removing foreign materials from the purple corn grains and the conventional corn grains by spraying air(S30); popping the corn grains(S40); crushing the popped corn grains and the purple corn cob(S50); and mixing 10-20wt% of crushed purple corn cob, 10-30wt% of crushed purple corn grains, and 60-80wt% of crushed corn grains before packaging(S60,S70).
