PURPOSE: A multiview video signal processing method and a device thereof are provided to efficiently code a multiview image signal. CONSTITUTION: A device determines initialization information of a reference picture list of a random access picture according to flag information(S840). The device initializes the reference picture list of the random access picture using the initialization information(S850). The device determines an estimation value of macro block in the random access picture(S860). The device decodes the macro block using the estimation value of the macro block(S870).
