PURPOSE: Automatic pizza cheese producing system and method capable of controlling the mixture rate are provided to enable users to mix various kinds of cheese to make the pizza cheese. CONSTITUTION: An automatic pizza cheese producing system comprises the following: a working table(10) including first, second, and third working stands(11,12,13) for supplying material cheese after removing outer packages of each cheese by the fixed rate; a block cutter(20) including first, second, and third block cutting device(21,22,23) connected to the working stands using conveyors(15), and cutting the material cheese into cubes in the size of 3-5cm; a mixing measuring unit(30) including first, second, and third mixing measurer(31,32,33) measuring the cheese supplied from the block butting devices, and transferring the cheese to a slicer(40); and a load cell installed on an opening/closing door on the measuring unit for weighing the cheese.
