Flux for deicing roads - applied partly in aq soln

NaCl is mixed with other fluxes, and either the NaCl or the other fluxes (MgCl2, CaCl2) are in soln. in water. The other fluxes may then be added in amounts suitable for local conditions, while the mixture cannot suffer inhomogeneities due to settling, different particle sizes etc. as in prior art. Esp. for use at temps. 10 degrees C.
