<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte which exhibits a good lithium-ion conductivity, and a good lithium-ion transport number; and is excellent in mechanical property, molding processability, and adhesion properties to electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A lithium-ion conductive composite includes a polymer including an oxygen containing segment in a main chain and a silica having a lithium-ion point or a modified silica having a lithium-ion point.
