<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination light source capable of effectively suppressing glare. <P>SOLUTION: The LED illumination light source 100 is provided with a substrate 11, a plurality of LED elements 10 disposed two-dimensionally on the substrate 11 and a wiring circuit 20 electrically connected to a plurality of the LED elements 10.
