PURPOSE: A damper device is provided to purify air based on water and to additionally purify the air based on a filter by opening and closing dampers according to the polluted degree of external air. CONSTITUTION: A damper device includes a pair of dampers(88, 90), a driving part(95), and a loading part(100). The dampers are pivoted in a case(30) to open and close the flow path of the case. A gear part is engaged with one end part of a damper. The driving part is in connection with the gear part and applies the torque to the dampers. The lading part is equipped with the dampers. The tightness of the dampers is maintained by forming a protrusion(94) at the contact part of the dampers.
