<p>A forearm curl exercise apparatus comprising a curling bar 2 with handles 1, weights 10, pulley 7, a cord 8 extending around the pulley 7 and being attached at one end to the curling bar 2 and at the other end to the weights 10, a base support 13, and a frame 9 for supporting the weights 10 including a cradle 4 on which the curling bar 2 may be supported. The apparatus is such that, during a forearm curl exercise, rotation of the curling bar 2 results in the raising or lowering of the weight/s 10 in a vertical direction.</p> |
