PURPOSE: A flooding prevention structure is provided to minimize damage from house flooding due to heavy rain quickly without using additional labor. CONSTITUTION: A flooding prevention structure comprises a fixed bracket(10), a flexible water-proof plate, and a fixed plate(30). The fixed bracket is fixed by a fixing member(2) to the front of a structure(1). The fixed bracket comprises a plurality of connecting hooks(12) to be able to connect the flexible water-proof plate. The flexible water-proof plate is formed from a flexible and elastic material. The flexible water-proof plate comprises a hook hole. The fixed plate is fixed to both sides of the flexible water-proof plate. The fixed plate comprises a hook hole and a hook clamp(34).
