<p>The current invention provides a method of treating a mammal in need of such treatment with aggregated IgG derived from pooled human plasma. The invention further provides using the discarded fraction obtained during the course of standard IgG fractionation as the source of the aggregated IgG. The methods of the invention further provide for enhancing the aggregation of the aggregate fraction as well as enriching and modifying glycoforms.</p> |
