PURPOSE: An exhaust silencer is provided to remove needs for the replacement of a silence and additional disassembling and processing works by easily changing to a band of frequency with maximum decrease performance in noise. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust silencer comprises a resonant case(10), an exhaust pipe(20), a regulating pipe(30), and a driving unit. A resonant space(11) is formed in the resonant case. The exhaust pipe passes through the inside of the resonant case, and a resonant hole open to the resonant space is formed on the side of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is inserted into the regulating pipe. A regulating hole open to the resonant space is formed on the side of the regulating pipe. The driving unit rotates or moves the regulating pipe to control the size of the opening to the resonant space of the resonant hole through the regulating hole.
