DEVELOPING CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS EMPLOYING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A developing cartridge and an image forming device adopting the same are provided to minimize the decrease of developer filling capacity and the restriction of developing cartridge layout. CONSTITUTION: A developing roller(15) faces an image holding member(13) of an opening of a developing housing(11). The developing roller develops an image in the image holding member. A sealing member(30) includes a sealing unit and a handle unit. A part of the sealing member is interjected between the image holding member and the developing roller at a sealing position. The sealing unit seals the opening. The handle unit is extended to outside the developing housing at the sealing position.
