PURPOSE: A complex thermal insulation structure of a wall is provided to enlarge a residential space by minimizing a thickness of an insulation member, to minimize a cold bridge and heat bridge generations in the internal and external sides of a building, to reduce a condensation generation caused by a temperature difference between the internal and external sides of a wall, and to reduce a carbon dioxide generation created by using waste papers while manufacturing a complex thermal insulation structure of a wall. CONSTITUTION: A complex thermal insulation structure of a wall is composed like next. An inner insulating member(21) is attached to the inner side of a wall(20). An interior member(22) composed of a plurality of gypsum boards is attached in the inner side of the inner insulation member. An outer insulation member(23) is attached in the outer side of the wall. An exterior member(25) is attached in the outer side of the outer insulation member to form an air layer(24) at a predetermined distance.
