PURPOSE: A power managing system and a method thereof are provided to use the heat accumulation effect of a building and the battery of an electric vehicle, thereby optimally reducing a power load during peak power time. CONSTITUTION: A charging station(160) supplies power to an electric vehicle and receives power from the electric vehicle. A temperature controller(10) sets the indoor temperature of a building. A peak power managing device(100) receives power from the charging state during peak power consumption time using weather information, indoor temperature information inputted from the temperature controller, and electric vehicle information transmitted from the charging station. |
