PURPOSE: A construction binder is provided to manufacture without weather limitation by including polyol, castor oil, moisture absorbent, and antifoaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A construction binder comprises base material and hardener. The base material comprises polyol, 30-60 weight% of castor oil, 15-60 weight% of filler which includes hygroscopic agent, silane, and 1-5 weight% of other components which include antifoaming agent and crosslinking agent. The hardener comprises polyethylene, polyphenyl, and isocyanate. The base material and hardener are mixed in a weight ratio of 5:1. The crosslinking agent is dioctyl phthalate(DOP).
