FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to welding device for welding opening of plastic bags and method of heating pinch welder heating strips. Proposed device comprises welder pinch including pinch welder case, bottom jaw and top jaw arranged to displace relative bottom jaw as well as several heating strips arranged in lengthwise direction on, at least, one of two clamping jaws. Note here that pinch welder case is made integral with top jaw. Besides, welding device comprises control device power supply connected with pinch welder by power supply cord to supply every heating strip. Note here that power supply is equipped with electric power multiplexer made up of three-node PID-type controller designed to send sequential oscillations of electric power to said heating strips and shift them relative to each other in one heating strip so that electric power is sent, at every moment of time, to one heating strip. Note here that control and feed device incorporates pulse modulation appliance. ^ EFFECT: decreased weight, higher reliability, possibility of welding in difficult-to-access places. ^ 10 cl, 4 dwg |
