PURPOSE: A block for a module type facility, a module type facility using the block for the module type facility, and a construction method thereof are provided to easily and variously manufacture and construct module type facilities such as a bench-street lamp, a bench in a park, and a pergola etc. and to offer the environment-friendly effect by recycling after a dismantlement. CONSTITUTION: A module type facility(1000) using a block for the module type facility is formed by securely fixing by using a block connector(200) in the state of heaping up blocks for a module type facility to up, down, left, and right sides. A block for the module type facility comprises a horizontal portion, a longitudinal portion, and a coupling hole. The coupling hole is formed between the horizontal and longitudinal portions by intersecting the horizontal and longitudinal portions at a constant distance from each side of the block.
