PURPOSE: A bed frame connection structure is provided to be easily applied regardless of the kind of head panel and to rapidly and securely connect head panels. CONSTITUTION: A bed frame connection structure comprises a sickle shaped connector(10), a head panel(20), and a side frame(30). The head panel is inserted into both ends of the connector and forms the connection angle of 90 degrees. A support leg(40) is formed or installed in the lower part of the connector. One side end of the side frame is inserted into a first groove. One side corner of the head panel is inserted into a second groove.
