PURPOSE: A busing for a transformer is provided to prevent a crack of a packing due to ozone by inserting a packing into an external insulator installed in a through hole of an external box. CONSTITUTION: An external insulator(20) includes a body unit, an insertion tube(23), and a step(24). The body unit has a through hole in the center thereof. The outer surface of the insertion unit decreases in the bottom of the outer side of the body unit to be inserted into the through hole(3) of an external box(2). The step is formed by a diameter difference between the body unit and the insertion unit.
